Time for the next act of whatever this is
It's official: I'm free again. My output is again largely unencumbered. Things I create are mine by default.
I've been forcing myself to not pursue technical ideas for a while, since it could turn into a big complicated mess. Now I can actually let some of those percolate, simmer, stew, and yes, maybe blossom.
What happens next? I have to assume there will be a lot more writing. That's been the one constant through all of this, even though it wasn't always appreciated. (I'll try to explain what I mean by that in due time.)
People have been asking me to show up and give talks and do Q & A sessions and I plan to do those, too.
Maybe I'll glue the 2013 through 2017 posts together into a third book. The first half of 2013 alone should be plenty of content all by itself, considering the second half of 2011 was enough for the first book.
So, yeah, I'm back. As my brain comes back online, hopefully there will be even more to share.
