It looks like a picnic table but it seems to work
Imagine a situation. You're the local incumbent telco, or the city power provider, or maybe you're the cable company. Perhaps you're even some kind of huge fiber interconnect place which places those boxes all over town to let people tie into your network and blast bits around.
Then, one fine day, some wayward truck KOs your box. Somehow, the wires and/or fibers are mostly intact, and you can reconnect the rest, but the box itself is wobbly and might fall over if left there by itself. What do you do?
