Yet another NTSC shutdown: Comcast

If you're the Bay Area and have been using the analog parts of Comcast cable to get something, I bet you're in for a bit of a surprise this morning. NTSC is basically dead as far as they are concerned.

No more analog

This renders half of my Tivo useless, since it had one half hooked to a cable box and another half hooked straight to the cable. It won't do ATSC, and I see no point in giving them any more money for one that can.

With this change, cutting the cord becomes more and more tempting.
