A variety of screenshots I found amusing

I keep a bunch of random screenshots around whenever I see something odd or just plain stupid. These are a few from that collection which inspired me to be more snarky than normal.

Siri and I don't always get along so well. I'd rather she guess less and ask for clarification more.

Wrong alarm time Sync doesn't mean play

Those were real requests. Silly ones are a mixed bag, too:

The only winning move is not to play

Find my Friends isn't the greatest thing for the "forever alone" crowd.

Nice try but you can't friend yourself

Apple's maps aren't so great, but Google's weren't always spot-on, either. I call this one "you want me to turn left where??". Note the arrow for direction of travel. That whole intersection (Keyes at 10th in San Jose) looks bizarre, but I still find this amusing:

I don't think that's the idea

So, if you're working on a program, and it's "coming soon to iOS", you'd probably want to make sure your video played on a mobile device, right?

Nyan.. or not

This next one can be filed under "ad serving software's lack of awareness".

You want to give me another one?

That's enough for today.
