Where have we seen these icons before?

I got one of these "Cyber Monday" ads from CVS today. On their site, I noticed something a little odd. It was a tablet-looking thing which seemed rather out of place for a pharmacy!

Craig player thing

The actual image on the CVS site was rather small, so I did some digging to come up with one which hadn't been resized down to a postage stamp. Here, you can really see what's going on. Apparently this is some kind of MP3 and video player that's cheap enough to be sold at a place like that. Okay.

iPod

But what about those icons? Check out "music", "video" and "settings". Where have we seen those before?

Ah, here we go. The iPod touch, by a totally different company: Apple.

Subtle! Have a cookie. Whoever made this pharmacy-grade MP3/video player managed to make icons which looked rather close but were not identical.
