Improved audio quality for scandemo

Audio quality is a big deal when it's your only way of getting data. Anyone who played with the scan demo since it went up on Friday afternoon might have heard some rather scratchy recordings. It turned out that I was off-center by a few kHz, and FM demodulation really does not like that. It was particularly bad any time a strong/loud signal would come in, like when a dispatcher spoke.

Also, there was a multi-tone fire call this morning which sounded horrible, since instead of having clean tones, it warbled. No more! It's all better now.
